È previsto il pagamento di una tassa di soggiorno sui servizi turistici della città di 1,00€ a persona e per ogni giorno di pernottamento.
La disdetta durante il soggiorno non dà luogo ad alcun rimborso.
La struttura è tenuta a registrare i propri Ospiti e ad inviare copia della registrazione al Dipartimento di Polizia (dati trattati negli obblighi della normativa di legge n°675 del 31/12/1996); a tale scopo sarà richiesto a tutti gli Ospiti di esibire un valido documento di identità.
Per motivi di pubblica sicurezza non è consentito agli ospiti di far accedere all’interno della struttura persone estranee e non registrate.
I bambini devono essere sempre accompagnati e sorvegliati da persona adulta.
La dimenticanza delle chiavi all’interno dell’abitazione comporterà disagio agli agenti che dovranno intervenire tempestivamente. Di conseguenza il fastidio è pari a € 10,00 (in ore diurne).
Il Cliente avrà a disposizione le chiavi della casa, in caso di smarrimento è prevista una penale di € 30. Si prega di assicurarsi che la porta d’ingresso della struttura sia ben chiusa sia in entrata che in uscita ma non chiusa a chiave.
In caso di dimenticanza delle chiavi ancora attaccate alla serratura, all’interno dell’abitazione, il costo può variare in base al danno provocato, fino a raggiungere 200€ di danno.
È severamente vietato fumare nelle camere (Art. 51 Legge 16 gennaio 2003, n. 3). La mancata osservanza di questa regola comporterà una multa.
Vi preghiamo di non effettuare alcuno spostamento di mobili o suppellettili, né di interferire o manipolare cavi e dispositivi elettrici.
Vi invitiamo, per evitare inutili consumi, di accertarvi quando lasciate la stanza di aver chiuso i rubinetti, spento le luci e l’aria condizionata.
Per un uso corretto dell’aria condizionata, vi preghiamo di chiudere finestre e balconi durante il suo funzionamento.
Il check-Out si effettua entro le ore 10.00. In caso di checkout posticipato si potranno richiedere costi extra in base al tempo richiesto (€10 ad ora fino alle 13:00).
In caso di ritardo dell’orario del checkout prestabilito, la sanzione sarà di € 20,00 ad ora. (Causa mancato rispetto e pagamento sprecato alle donne delle pulizie).
La Direzione si riserva il diritto di poter chiedere ai propri Ospiti il risarcimento per eventuali danneggiamenti e/o perdite comunque causate all’immobile in maniera dolosa e/o colposa.
House Rules
It is expected to pay a tourist tax on the tourist services of the city of €uro 1.00, per person and per day for overnight stay.

The structure is required to register its Guests and to send a copy of the registration to the Police

The Customer will have the key of the house at his disposal, in case of loss a penalty of €uro 30, 00 will be charged. Please make sure that the entrance door is well closed both in and out.
In case of forgetfulness of the keys still attached to the lock, inside the house, the cost can vary according to the caused damage, up to reaching € 200.00 of damage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms (Art. 51 Law 16 January 2003, n. 3).
Please do not move furniture or furnishings or interfere with or manipulate electrical cables and devices.
To avoid unnecessary consumption, we invite you to make sure when you leave the room that you have turned off the taps, turned off the lights and the air conditioning.
For proper use of air conditioning, please close windows and balconies during operation.
Check-out is within 10.00 am, in the event of a delayed checkout, extra costs may be charged based on the required time (€ 10 per hour until 13:00).
In case of delay of the pre-set checkout time, the penalty will be €uro 20.00 per hour. (Cause lack of respect and wasted payment to housekeepers).
The Management reserves the right to ask its Guests for compensation for any damage and / or losses caused to the property in a malicious and / or negligent manner.
With the beginning of the stay this regulation is tacitly accepted.
